Lyne and Philippe on the ice rink of the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas cruise ship

Welcome to our website where we give our experience and explanations on the ultimate methods for improving your creativity and your well-being!

Lyne was a Quebec champion in ice dancing. She is now a naturopathic doctor (yoga, hypnosis, mindfulness) and she is a professional figure skating coach. She has a lifelong interest in helping others.

Philippe wanted since age 9 to find, like Einstein, the final theory of the Universe and met the greatest physicists of our time, only to lose interest and become an investment banker in London, presenting financial recommendations to officers of multinationals and governments. He then returned to scientific research in biomedical imaging. Throughout this, he has been passionate about the Arts, but is nowadays especially keen on the arts of movement, like figure skating and acroyoga.   His enduring difficulties with reaching his goals have led him to be an avid consumer of self-development materials and of the services of professional life coaches. He feels that others ought to be able to benefit from what he learned out of this investment, without having to pay so much for it in terms of time and money.

While Lyne has always had a naturally keen interest with helping people, Philippe’s interest with that has come much more recently and much later in age. From his experience mentoring academic or business colleagues and graduate students, he recently started offering a mentoring service to help others with realizing their own dreams.

Also, we will happily accept donations, if you want to encourage us in our efforts! Please contact us at phil@CPCPWorkshops.com for that.

By combining our experiences, we want to offer a broad spectrum of self-development tools.

To get started, begin with the general creativity exercises.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and we will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Philippe and Lyne

Your cpcpworkshop is a great starting for this I think. Good to know about Philippe and Lyne. They are very genious as they are doing multiple things at a time. The will of Philippe and Lyne to help people is great and appreciable. How will they help people I mean in which particular sectors? What will be their protocol. What services they will provide by this cpcpworkshop? Telling more of these will help people more. Thanks again for this article

Wow I didn’t know that cruise ships can have ice skating rinks, awesome! Do you have a link or links to some of these cruises? You two have a great story. Figure skating is a beautiful sport that I enjoy watching from time to time. I really appreciate the skill and synchronization it takes to compete. Image streaming and mind mapping look very interesting, particularly when trying to perceive the pineapple in a different manner. Best wishes to you both and looking forward to seeing what you come up with in future posts.

    Hi, Phil.
I have gone through the article on your story as how you improvised from an investment banker to R&D in biomedical imaging to figure skating and acroyoga. It was really dramatic to turn into mentorship . I think I need to comeback to your blog again and again.
I am an avid reader on creativity. Please share full form of CPCP- “Calling Phil Creative Phil”
    Warm Regards,
